Razuna 1.8.2 is now available
Razuna 1.8.2 and the latest version of the search server is now available. Razuna 1.8.2 contains these important changes:Search Enhancements Locally stored documents are now indexed again, i.e. Razuna 1.8.2 features again the full body text of documents. Razuna 1.8.1 maintenance release
Razuna 1.8.1 and the Razuna Search Server 2.1 is now available. This is a maintenance release for all previous versions and we strongly…encourage you to update immediately. ¶ With Razuna 1.8 we introduced new ways to store, manage and search your files. Especially, the search underwent major re-engineering efforts. Razuna 1.8.1 contains further updates to the search, especially a fix to search in multi-select custom fields within the advanced search and content in custom fields in general. ¶ If you are still on Razuna 1.7 or earlier we strongly encourage you to update to Razuna 1.8.1NitaiMar 8
Enabling SSL for all on our hosted platform
Back in 2008 when we started with the Razuna hosted platform using SSL was a unique option. Something we felt justified to ask our…customers to pay an additional $2/month. Given that, SSL certificates were around $300/year or even more, this was a bargain. ¶ Jump forward to 2016 and providing access to any system over SSL is now a de-facto standard and something that users expect. Thus, I’m happy to announce that as of last weekend we enabled SSL for all our customers. Not only, did we enable SSL, but we also made this the default for all requests to the Razuna hosted platform, i.e.NitaiJan 6
UPS Airlines chooses Razuna
Just received confirmation that UPS Airlines — a long time user of the Razuna open source Digital Asset Management software— signed up for…a support agreement for 2016. That’s good news and almost a Christmas present in itself — just don’t tell my family I said that. ¶ The open source plans are popular amongst mid-size to large enterprises as they can install the Razuna cloud digital asset management software on premise and receive support from our team.
