Now, we are very happy to announce that we have also just launched a dedicated Razuna Cloud Server Administration for our customers. Within the administration, customers are able to edit the server and also add a new one if needed. Furthermore, an overview of the used services with direct links to the payment gateway is available along with other customizations.
Apart from the Administration we have also changed our pricing structure slightly. Whereas previously, we charged our customers by the monthly usage of the bandwidth, we are now still using the bandwidth as a variable cost, but bandwidth is available in a packaged price by 50GB each. This gives you a fixed rate for each month to calculate with and for us a way to dedicate server ressources directly.
We are happy to make these enhancements available to all customers as of immediately.
