Razuna updated for better RAW image handling

Photographers and just about anybody who likes to save RAW images got a lot of love from us!

More and more people are using Razuna – our Open Source Digital Asset Management – and among those people are many photographers. It is no wonder that Razuna appeals to them, since they can easily upload their photos and share them with their client or convert them on the fly to any device.

Razuna could already handle RAW images, but we now enhanced it so that Razuna creates a thumbnail of your RAW image and you are also able to convert it to any format right within Razuna. Of course, the original format is being saved and never tempered with.

Razuna support the following RAW formats: .3fr, .ari, .arw, .srf, .sr2, .bay, .crw .cr2, .cap, .iiq, .eip, .dcs, .dcr, .drf, .k25, .kdc, .dng, .erf, .fff, .mef, .mos, .mrw, .nef, .nrw, .orf, .ptx, .pef, .pxn, .R3D, .raf, .rw2, .raw, .rwl, .dng, .rwz, .x3f.

In other words, we are supporting the proprietary format of just about the most camera models our there, be it Nikon, Canon, Sony, Hasselbad, etc.

We just applied the ability to work with RAW formats on the Razuna Hosted Platform. Customers who have a Razuna Cloud Server will get the update with the monthly release and the self hosted version will get this functionality with the next release (coming real soon).
