Moving away from GetSatisfaction
Hi all,
The recent business decisions from the people over at GetSatisfaction has led us with a bad taste. Without going into what is bothering us about their decision we simply want you to know that, as of immediately, we are moving our support to our own forum over at http://support.razuna.com.
From now on please, use the forums at http://forum.support.com as your single source of getting support. With the new forum we are able to fine grain your questions into different categories and allowing you and our team to work much more efficiently (instead of putting all questions into one main board). Furthermore, we are opening dedicated support forums for paying customers and thus providing even more timely support.
We are confident that this move is helping you and us to move forward in the wide spread usage of Razuna. Thank you for using Razuna and your support.
Kind Regards,
Nitai
Founder & CEO, Razuna Ltd
PS: We will still monitor the posts made at GetSatisfaction, but will direct all questions and answers on http://forum.support.com

I'd be interested to hear what they've done to drive you away.

Simply put, I'm not a big fan of companies that offer something and then, because some business people think it is a wide idea, withdraw some features and make you upgrade just to have the same features again.
Also, if we had stayed with them we would have had to continue with a mediocre administration and almost no control over what users post. No sub categories, no dedicated forums for paying customers, etc.
