Railo joining JBoss.org and going open source
Railo, one alternative for ColdFusion (and there seams to be big interests in any alternative), has just announced at Scotch at the Rocks that they are joining JBoss.org and will release their new version 3.1 under LGPLv2 in October 2008.
I welcome this move as it gives us all another alternative to deploy CFML applications. I compliment Railo for joining JBoss.org and thus providing a professional platform that has a proven ground.
